“ I cannot recommend Moto enough! Hands down the BEST food I’ve had- like ever. Sterling was our waitress and she was very personable. She took the time to go over the menu with us and answered our questions with a love and passion for the food. The entire staff was great. From when we entered to when we left, everyone was friendly and a joy to speak with. We went to Moto for my birthday dinner and they were kind enough to offer a champagne toast and complementary dessert. Every single one of our dishes blew us out of the water. The Brussels sprouts were flavorful and had the best bacon bits. Our table also got two of their wagyu filets with the hotel and truffle butters. We also ordered the branzino and the lobster pasta. It seems repetitive but I cannot stress how delicious every dish was. If you’re looking for an amazing meal with friendly staff and a great atmosphere, please give Moto a try! ”
“ Alex the bartender was very friendly and helpful! He gave great recommendations for my meal. Amanda the bar manager was also very helpful in recommending some cocktails I would like. She checked in to make sure I was enjoying myself during my meal as well! ”
“ I had been wanting to try Moto for a long time, and I finally made plans with my colleagues to go. We booked the earliest available slot at 5 PM, and later the place became fully packed. The overall space at each table was quite generous, and the atmosphere was relatively quiet. Appetizers: Tuna Tartare – Highly recommend this dish! The tuna itself was incredibly fresh and light, complemented by a unique Italian-style pesto and a mix of herbs. The texture was smooth and delicate. Even my friend, who was trying raw fish for the first time, really enjoyed it. Truffle Arancini – This was a recommendation from the server. The crispy exterior gave way to a rich, aromatic black truffle filling. I’d also recommend this dish. Main Course: Hot Honey Pizza – Another recommendation from the server. The portion was huge—enough for three to four people. The spiciness mainly enhanced the aroma rather than causing a burning sensation. However, I found it slightly too salty; one slice was fine, but eating more felt a bit overwhelming. Lobster Strozzapreti – Since it’s an Italian restaurant, we had to try a pasta dish. While this lobster pasta is a popular item, I personally found it quite average. I’d recommend trying a different option, such as the Black Spaghetti instead. Dessert & Drinks: We didn’t order dessert because we were too full, but I think their gelato would be a great choice. For drinks, I ordered the Basil Rathbone—it was incredibly refreshing on the first sip, followed by a pleasant sweetness from the honey as it lingered on the palate. Overall, a great dining experience with a well-curated menu and good atmosphere! ”
“ We had an absolutely incredible birthday dining experience thanks to our server Mandy! She exhibited flawless attention to detail and extraordinary care, making sure we had everything we needed. They took care of our gluten sensitivity and cooked up a meal special for our dietary requirements. The food was delicious and we loved the atmosphere! We will definitely be returning here soon. ”
“ Walking by the gulch in Nashville I got to find this cozy place which was really nice and warm and the service was great. Sterling, our waitress made the day so special, gave great recommendations and made us an awesome drink! We spent some wonderful time ”
“ I had the pleasure of visiting Moto during my trip to Nashville and was obsessed. We did the course meal and loved every second of it. The burrata and tomato was so refreshing and the margherita pizzette was yummy. We also had the black strozzapreti and brussel sprouts. Both were truly life altering. I've never had brussel sprouts so scrumptious. The addition of the apples and the balsamic really calm down the bitterness that brussels naturally have and the bacon gave them a smoky, meaty flavor. Finished the night off with amazing affogato and waddled back to my hotel in pure bliss. Definitely recommend Moto and I'll be back myself as soon as I visit Nashville again. ”
“ Best Italian in Nashville. Mandy was the best server I’ve ever had. Great cocktails. Truffle Arancini’s are amazing. Great entrees. Great desserts. ”
“ I went to Moto for my birthday celebration with a group of 7 total. Everything was outstanding and made my night so special! Our servers were Ed and Darian- they were very knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and gave us excellent service. We had a few cocktails, mocktails, and wine that were all delicious. We enjoyed the burrata, meatball appetizer, arancini, pizzas, porterhouse steak, carbonara, lobster strozzapreti, cacio e Pepe pasta, Brussel sprouts, broccolini, olive oil cake, and marscapone gelato- everyone raved about the food, nothing fell short. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a restaurant! I will continue to go back for more! ”
